bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, low head. Almond cookie nose, clove, sweet green bananas. Dusty, dead yeast flavor. A bit candy and banana. medium chewy body. Banana and clove retronasal.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5

Hazy amber,lasting white head.Slightly spicy yeasty nose.More of the same in flavor, but lacks carbonation.

Colour is slightly off the bright yellow and into murky amber territory. Aroma and flavour are light, but clean in their presentation of standard weizen flavours...light banana, background tartness, hint of spice. Might be the only BC example with good flavour development that isn’t super sweet.
