Aroma of citrus, orange peel, funky Saison yeast, spicy notes, hops. Flavour is light sweet and moderate tart with a surprisingly bitter finish. Dry and refreshing. Lively carbonation. Being a fan of bitter citrus peel in beer, I rather like this one. Another winner from Ramses.

Bottle at De Koffer. Hazy light golden with small fizzy white head. Quite grassy, peppery yeast, cloves, light milky, paper, soft citrus, light bready, and a touch of caramel. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation.

[ As Ramses Bier d’Olle Grieze Saison - Premiant ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs, grass - green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sharp, herbs, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity yeast, saison yeast. 33cl Bottle from Sterk. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma is medium sweet, a bit spicy, saison yeast, floral, light grassy. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, hay, spicy, yeast, light floral, light grassy, some citrus, firm bitter finish. Light bodied. OK.

Sampled from tap at Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, gooseberry, ginger and some pineapple. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity-grassy taste of lemon, gooseberry, straw and ginger, followed by a short, slightly bitter, dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
