Keg at the brewery. Black, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of coffee milk (look it up), roast. Taste is roast, coffee, chocolate. Medium bodied, well balanced. Very nice.

Tap. pours opaque black, small tan head, little lacing. Aroma is entirely one dimensional - coffee, a bit burned. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, very coffee, not much else. Medium body, some acidity.

Sampled at the brewpub 11.2012. Hard roasted coffee aroma. Black, low head. Dry, coffee Ground, earthy dry. A bit more sweetness would have been great for my taste.
