Bottle. Sweet aromatic aroma, honey, ginger, hops. Cloudy microfloaties, orange, offwhite layer. Fruity, fine aromatic, light peachy, grassy hops. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Mild and pleasant.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a rocky white foam. Distinctively grainy malty aroma with notes of draff and a slightly grassy hoppy touch. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Grainy and slightly doughy taste with hints of pistachios; sweet and slightly grainy finish with traces of grassy hops. A likeable Helles. 08.IX.10

bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub. Hazy golden colour, large and creamy white head. Sourish-fruity nose - suspicious. Very fruity, not too sour start, malty background, slightly hoppy. Not like the typical Helles, there’s a lot of fruit going on here, strange, I doubt it’s meant like that. Nevertheless interesting and still pleasantly drinkable.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, with a greenish sheen, big stable white head; grainy traces in the grassy-hoppy nose; soft, almost medium bodied; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; slightly lingering grainy - with delicate yeasty traces - and hoppy finish. Well crafted session beer.....
