Michelbacher Bier - Export, 5,2 %, Flasche (MHD: 7/22) direkt von der Brauerei. - Bronzegold, klar. (7.10.2021.)

Pours a yellow body with thin head. Pleasant soft maltiness and decent body, but cardboard dominates heavily. No bitterness.

Bottle. Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Sweet honeyish and flowery hop aroma, also a hint of bandaid. Hazy gold, light carbonation, lowish head. Slightly grainy and papery malt base, plenty of sweetness and aromatic notes to cover that. Chewy body, fine sparkly mouthfeel. Citric and grassy aftertaste.

bottle, courtesy of pivnizub. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty, slightly hoppy., The house character, as in the Pils, is definitely present, yet hard to describe. Nice.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden, unclear, quickly collapsing white head, no visible carbonation; fruity-grainy nose with delicate traces of a future infection; moderate sweet flavour combined with a light bitterness, almost medium bodied; short mild sweet and grainy finish. Small brewery, very meodest beer.....

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly doughy malty aroma with notes of biscuits and a shy hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Strawy and slightly doughy malt-character with shy herbal accents towards the moderately dry, slightly sweet and bitter finish. Quite rounded but not overly exceptional. 30.V.10
