Michelbacher Bier - Pils, Flasche direkt aus der Brauerei in Michelbach a.d. Lücke. - Satt goldgelb, schon bronzegold, klar. (5.10.2021.)

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Clear, golden, mid-sized fluffy white head; sweetish grainy nose with a light "woody" hoppy background; light bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied; sweet pale malt in the shorter finish, followed by a small amount of aromatic hops. Restrained, but pleasant.......

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Grainy and slightly buttery malty aroma with bready and slightly herbal hoppy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Moderately bready malt-character with buttery and slightly chalky notes; medium-dry sweet-bitter finish with herbal hops and a tinge of metal. 03.VI.10

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Golden, white lacing head. Grainy and fresh grassy aroma. Solid bready and grainy base. Hop component starts slightly metallic but has overall a nice grassy, earthy and herbal width with noble overtones. Chewy, light sparkly mouthfeel. Well crafted and quite moreish.
