From Staubli Getränk shop, at Muri. Opening this bottle at home, Epalinges. A perfect beverage with a lotmof snow falling on the ground, yesterday. A classical lager, on the German way, malty and bready, smooth with some bitterness and classical hop, 09.01.22

Bügelverschlußflasche (Vielen Dank, Julian!): Clear, golden, medium-sized fluffy white head, visible carbonation; soft sweetish-malty nose with a light grassy-hoppy background; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering sweet pale-malty finish with a delicate hoppy aftertaste. Pleasant....

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose foamy white head. Distinctively grassy hoppy nose with a light-sweet pale malty background. Light-bitter flavour with a calm malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Slightly biscuity pale malty base with present herbal and grassy hops; dry and distinctively grassy hoppy finish. 24.II.10

Bottle, thank Allen. Hayish malt aroma. Deep golden, white froth. Spicy hop entry, hay and grass, bitter dry finish. Bitterhops enough to make it a pils, long lingering grass and fresh herbs. Medium chewy body, sparkly mouthfeel.
