Ogar Polski is not a crazy Polack. Ogar Polski is a Polish hound. It is an ancient Polish dog, known for its sharp nose and hard-working nature.
In our opinion, this dog is perfect for characterising Grodziskie. Grodziskie is an old beer style from Poland. This beer is made from wheat malt that has been dried over an oak wood fire. The light and golden-coloured wheat malt mixed with heavy smoky oak delivers quite a dotty flavour. A Polish-style flavour.

330ml bottle, 3.5 % abv, trade with omhper. Sparse lacing from a filmy layer. Pale golden body. Bonfire nose. Smoked malty flavours, some impacts of lemon, apples, and caramel. Really something else. Accepted (Shared with djoeye and Finn, session in Tromsø 10.12.2016).

Clear pale golden color with a fine white top. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium (-) body and a fine carbonation. Semi dry texture and a moderate bitterness. Wheat and a pleasant moderate peated flavor. Decent and easy drinkable beer.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Pale amber, white diminishing head. A bit of lactic tartness and more nice soft smoke. The taste is smoky, with spicy and smoky finish and just a touch of malts coming through. Smoke does not fully mks the watery body, thought it is one good way of doing this. Goon one.
