Backlog October 2009. Clear amber body under a small, dense off-white head. Quite fresh aroma of some general fruitiness and malt. Taste is sweet malt, some caramel, mild fruitiness and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent and drinkable without making much out of itself.

Copper color, frothy head. Grainy applearoma. Sweet, caramelly and grainy flavor. orange fruitiness with a hint of licorice. Just a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Thinnish, lacks character.

Met terugwerkende kracht ingevoerd. Het is een donker amberkleurig bier. De geur is licht moutig. De smaak is moutig en wat caramelachtig.

Boring Belgian amber beer. Caramalt, some sweet fruit and a bit metallic. A remnant of the old Belgian hegemony.

(on tap) Clear golden brown with white loose head. Pleasant but subtle aroma - caramel most significant. Light body, fizzy but ok carbonation. Flavour was caramel with some subtle interesting notes. Overall an easy drinking, somewhat different beer.

Clear amber beer, fizzy crackling creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, pretty fruity, banana, strawberries, little chocolaty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: malty sweet start, citric hops, bit bready, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: sweet malts, some caramel, citrus, touch of banana, little sour, nice bitter ending. I like it.
