Leicht schokoladiger Antrunk, etwas herb. Runde Malznoten, die milde Herbe bleibt. Minimal Vanille, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Gelungen. 10/9/8/9/8/9

Sample via a friend at the paas. thick creamy off white head. Clear amber pour. Not enough chocolate malt for a porter

0,5 l bottle. Thanks a lot to Kristall-König. Dark red brown in the glass, creamy light tanned head.Malt with hop on the nose. Surprisingly hopy at the start with a lot of roasted malt. Low bitterness in the background, earthy, some sourish hints. Definitive no sugar water. Like it!

Bottle 500ml (BZ, BB 08/2015)
Dark brown color, good beige head, lace. Aroma is sweet chocolaty - even this is "reinheitsgebot" it feels quite artifical. Light to medium-bodied. Toasted malty with milk chocolate notes. Finish has some bitterness. Oily palate. Reminds me about some Czech porters, which is not a good thing ...

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass brownish, zippy, huge head. Starts intense malty, modest dry, some earthy-rusty notes. Bitter background. Notes of some herbs. Intense malty finish, not too much. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Dark ruby red color, average to medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, a fruityness that reminds me of blueberries and other dark fruits. Taste malts, dark fruits, a hint of caramel, a light bitter touch. Average body, soft carbonation. Decent.

Bottle @ home shared by benzai. Hazy ruby colour with a medium sized off-white to beige head. Smells blackberry, forrest fruits, roosvicee. Tastes sweet overripe fruits, roosvicee. Hard to call this a porter. Medium body, soft carbo.
