Mediterranean pils is a low fermentation beer brewed with malts and hops cultivated in the Mediterranean Sea region. We went for a wonderfully succinct, yet delicate malts from barley growing in the Venice area, and Slovenian hops, which gave the beer unusual floral notes: elderberry and violet. It also smells of resin, earth and herbs, all resulting in a highly intriguing and unusual composition. We topped it off with moderate bitterness, enough to make it extremely drinkable.
It’s perfect for a hot day, one that reminds of the Italian travels.

Bottle at home. Pours semi-opaque golden with a white head. Nose is intense grassy, somewhat herbal hoppy with a touch of hay. Taste is light to moderate bitterness, showing grassy notes mainly but also some herbs and a faint malty base. Closes with a moderatel bitter, somewhat dry body, has a normal to high carbonation.

50cl bottle from Piwne Mosty.pl. Poured clear golden, maybe slight haze if looking closely. Some cellar notes as first, followed by fruity notes. Flavor is full on grainy malts and dusty notes. Good drinkability, but did not feel that clean.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 21.04.2021). Słodowe, mocno kwiatowe, taki ciekawy smak wyszedł, bardzo ciekawe i całkiem smaczne.

Idealnie klarowne, złocistem piana gęsta, zbita. W aromacie zioła, kwiaty, biszkopt, przyjemnie, rześko, czysto. W smaku na pierwszym planie nuty chmielowe - zioła, kwiaty, lekka żywica. Słodowość skutecznie przykryta chmielem. Goryczka wyraźnie zaznaczona, rzeczywiście jak autor twierdzi - w punkt. Ziołowa. Bardzo przyjemna i dobrej jakości, nie zalega. Wysycenie niskie do średniego. Znakomite piwo, oby się utrzymało do lata.

Sharring the bottle with Tomek. Cheers man. Piana spora i mocna niczym halny w Tatrach, Metne o pięknie pachnącym ziolowo cytrusowym aromatem, zywiczne goryczkowo-kwiatowe, w ciemno z zawiązanymi oczami moglbym powiedzieć ze to IPA. Niemal perfekcja w tym stylu.

Kräutrig hopfiger, weich herb-bitterer Beginn. Geringe Süße, etwas hefig. Kräutrig bleibend, der Hopfen wird etwas schwächer, die Herbe steigt an. Mittellanger Abgang, dunkler werdend. 9/10/9/10/9/9

Golden colour, rocky head that stays for a while. Aroma is piney hops, herbal hops, malt, maybe some elderflower. Medium bitterness. Nothing special.
