Clearish gold with almost no head. Light sweaty funk. Light funk and a touch of barrel. Decent but a bit boring.

Smooth and mild fruity beginning. Lots of sourness, fruity and very dry. Grainy sourness with a nice farmhouse back, very dry with hints of wheat there. Nice with a dry sourish funky farmhouse touch.

White coloured 0,33 l bottle from Heimathaven, Oldenburg. Hazy orange golden with an one finger white frothy head in the glass. Intensive dry fruity smell. Taste starts tart, orange fruity, fluffy bitterness, brett, dry malt in the background. Above average carbonated. Little bit medical to the end.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before April 2023. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather funky and gently fruity aroma of lemon, horse blanket and some gooseberry. Minimally sweet, fairly dry, moderately bitter, very funky and gently fruity taste of barnyard, manure, lemon and some gooseberry, followed by a short, rather bitter, very dry, quite funky finish. Thin to medium body, very effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Loads of brett, pretty much dominating everything else, not very Saison-ish anymore. Super refreshing though, lovely dry and bitter, reminds me of Orval.
