Pours unclear, warm blonde amber. Medium sized, fast fading white head. Scent is malty, passion fruit is barely recognizable. BE yeast profile. Taste is tart, dry, simple lactic tartness. Passion fruit is mild, but in the background. BE yeast is very recognizable, bit overpowered by the tartness. Has a salty side as well, resembling more of a fruity, BE yeast Gose like beer in it's totallity. As it warms up, the sharp side (tartness, slaty touch ) fades and the yeastyness becomes stronger. Passion fruit never really rises beyond (slightly above) the threshold to me.
