Two pillars of modern beer stand tall in this showcase of crop year 2019 hops. The second in the three-part series.
Enjoy it on its own, compare it to its compatriots, or blend it to build your own creation. This Pale Ale is one in a three-part series designed to showcase the full breadth of our hand-selected Crop Year 2019 hops. Each beer uses a neutral yeast to give the hops space to shine and this version features those modern mainstays Mosaic and Simcoe.

Can at home. Hazy golden with big white head. Trolical fruits, dank weedy hops, light dry malts. Very aromatic fruity up front, but also has a decent bitterness which brings some more weedy and marijuana notes. Under medium sweet and bodied. Lovely, only just a bit too much carbonation.

Can at home, from CW online, 05/09/20. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange zest, light weed, citric tinged straw, mixed tropical fruits, melon. Taste comprises orange pith, pine needle, light dank chimes, bitter tropical fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with leafy hop bitterness. Decent enough pale if no star turn.
