A classic combo makes its comeback in this showcase of crop year 2019 hops. The first in the three-part series.
Enjoy it on its own, compare it to its compatriots, or blend it to build your own creation. This Pale Ale is one in a three-part series designed to showcase the full breadth of our hand-selected Crop Year 2019 hops. Each beer uses a neutral yeast to give the hops space to shine and this version features the classic West Coast combination of Centennial and Columbus.

Can at home from CW online. Pours hazy orange gold with a decent white head that dissipates. Aroma is really juicy orange, pineapple, bit of bread and bitter piney hop. Taste is bitter orange, bready malts, bitter hops. Not as juicy as the aroma. Quite a prickly mouthfeel. Bitter earthy finish.
