Cask at the Calthorpe Arms, London on 12th May 2017. Rose tinted gold with shallow white foam and spot lacing. Pungent malts and a hint of citrus in aroma. Richly fruity in-mouth with berries. Floral hoppy overtones. Floral, fruity finish. Light in body and mouthfeel.

Clear deep golden colour, good frothy white to off-white head, slowly receding, good lacing. Malty aroma, caramel, bit toasted. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, bit dusty, rumour of fruits. Light sweetbitter aftertaste, bit metallic; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice golden ale.

Bottle @ Drinkers Pub, Eindhoven. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, decently hoppy, nice hop bitter finish. Quite typical golden ale, but a nice one. I like it.

Bottle from Tesco Extra Aylesbury, consumed at Shrewsbury Folk Festival Friday 28th August 2015 Pours pale gold with a large clean white head. The nose is a little subdued but to be fair it is a little fresher than I was anticipating. In the mouth this is a very pleasant hoppy golden beer, a touch minerally on the malt side, fruity and crisp from the hops, much, much better beer than I expected. Good stuff. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
