Medium cream head, stable over fully opaque brown beer. Phenols, shoepolish, saddlesoap, chocolate & ganache. Bourbon alcohol. Soupy (coriander-like flavour), chocolate, pralines with Bourbon. Alcoholheat, chewy and viscous; good carbonation. OK, but aren't we looking for impressive exclusivity - name included?

Pours a very dark brown, nearly black. Small, lightly tanned head fades fast. Scent is mild. Relatively intense barrel ( mostly wood, traces of bourbon, hints of booze ) . Taste is sharp, relatively high carbonation and thin body (for the style) . Strong barrel aroma. Loads of bourbon-boozyness, mild vaniline, loads of oak. Relatively bitter. Not as creamy / Dark fruit oriented as I had hoped.
