Tap. Hazy golden-orange olor with white head. Aroma is bready, earthy, pretty rustic. Taste is sweetish malts, honey, fruity, barn and bread. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Rustic and tasty!

Party keg from the brewery. Pours cloudy Golden with a White head. Overripe fruit, grains, green and herbal with quite some alcohol. We had it in the end of a german tasting and we struggled a bit to finish it.

Tap at HopDog. Dark golden, murky, sligthly amber. Pear, vanilla cold, booze (but not in a bad way). Veeeery soft, round, smooth as f. Nice bitterness in the background. So much drinkable. Like it.

Tap HopDog. Cloudy deep golden to amber, white lace. Grassy hops on a juicy fruity malt base. Medium full chewy body. Light citrus sweetness which gets balanced out wonderfully by a broad grassy and herbal bitterhop finish. Excellent, dangerous.

1 Litre Bottle - Golden with a faint haze and a white head. Honey, grain, yeast and bread in the aroma. Sweet and fairly hoppy taste with notes of grass, straw, citrus and lime leaves. A fairly hoppy bock in terms of the taste, but the aroma gave no indication that it was going to be so. Refreshing and really nice. Dangerously easy to drink really!

(100cl swing top bottle, bought at the brewpub) Hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly cara-malty and bready nose, also quite grainy with herbal hops in the background. Light-sweet flavour with a rounded level of bitterness, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderately yeasty, bready malty taste with traces of honey and herbal notes; almost dry malty finish with a good dose of herbal hops. Quaffable and not too sweet pale Bock (12.12.07).

Bottle (1000ml): A bit unclear, straw golden to golden coloured, stable white, lacy foam; bisquity, sweet-grainy nose with traces of hops and Riesling, plus a little alcohol trail...; medium bodied, solid bitter-sweet flavour, lingering bisquity-hoppy finish with a good amount of bittering hops in the aftertaste. A franconian goody..........................
