Evoking the leisurely meander of fluffy clouds, our latest interpretation of a wheat beer is delightfully smooth and refreshing. Brewed with an elegant grain bill of flaked and malted wheat as the base, Fleeting Clouds is infused with Mandarin Orange Peel and scented with fresh ground coriander seeds. It has a hazy gold hue, pillowy mouthfeel and citrus-forward effervecence making it incredibly crushable.

Pint on tap at American Taproom, Singapore. Cloudy amber beer with a thin white head that dissipates. Sweet nose. Classic wheat beer taste and finish. Looks ordinary, tastes like Hoegaarden.

7/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Courtesy of DanF. Pours unclear golden orange with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is wheaty, fruity, malty. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness, touch of tartness. Moderate body, sparkling carbonation. Not bad.

ABV: 4.0%. Hazy - murky light to medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity, yeast, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, minerals, yeast, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231007]

Can @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, wheat malt, fruits and has a sweet malty finish.
