Days of Being Wild is a series inspired by the tradition of lambic style brewing in Belgium. This is the first mixed fermentation program of its kind in Asia. With a mixed-culture fermentation featuring a medley of wild yeast and bacteria strains in a single foeder, these beers have haunting complexity, natural farmhouse funk and refreshing fruitiness.
This version is fermented a second time in white wine barrels first with dried blueberries and then again with a load of fresh blueberries. Fruit flavor is intense and complex backed the signature days of being wild character - beautifully balancing acidity, funk and fruitiness.

Bottle #170 of 215, big thanks to Louie! It pours deep purple with decent light purple head. The aroma is sweet - sour, blueberry, blackcurrant, fruit cordial, funky, jammy, barnyard and purple chewits. The taste is sweet - sour, tangy, fairly light, blueberry, blackcurrant, sour candy, purple chewits, boiled sweets, earthy, bit musty and some oiliness. Lighter end of medium body and moderate carbonation. Tangy and fruity, but could probably be done with more sourness. Decent anyhow.
