Tsjeeses was brewed for the first time in 2004 but not under that name because we didn’t find a name yet. Different code names like "Dangerous Blonde”, “New Years Blond” were used in 2004 and 2005. While brewing the same beer in 2006, our team got so hit by the beer, at a certain point, somebody said: “Tsjeeses what a great beer”. This batch was bourbon barrel aged.

Bottle. Brownish coloured beer with a strong bubbly head. The aroma is very malty sweet, and the flavour is rich with a sugary maltiness and a bitter finish. Overall an average malty strong Belgian ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Spotty light beige head sat on a very unclear light brown still body. Mega overdose aroma of malt, dark spirit, demerara & spices. Full-bodied, oily, thick & greasy on the palate with clean aft. Super sweet tastes of sweet berry, orange, cherry, overstewed fruit, dark spirit & rum

Bottle, vintage 2014, №11. Sparkling, brownish-amber color, very noisy yellowish foam. Very good aroma: old sherry, light sweet spice, vanilla with bourbon, plum wine, sweetness, oak. Taste: sweet plum wine comes from the yellow plum, sherry, bourbon, raisins, sweet spices, vanilla, light tannin's and bitter finish, very warming and powerful. Great beer for X-mas.

Bottle 2016. Hazy amber pour. Small off-white head. Aroma: highly vinous, big dried fruit, caramel, nectar, some fruity hops. Full-bodied. Medium sweet taste. Complex malts, rich dried fruit, nectar, reminds of a barley wine at some points. Low bitterness. Delicious.
