He's back... but barrel aged.... and shiny! ☠️🖤
We've barrel aged Anti-freeze for a full year on 2 different barrels, one tawny Port barrel and one Japanese whisky barrel.
The beer itself has become smoother, more complex and thicker then it was a year back.

Taster.. Prefer this one in comparison with the Japanese Whiskey BA. More balanced, less heat. Taster is more than enough.

Flat, brownish black, muddy thick. Smell is boozy, woody, some port. Thick and sticky mouthfeel, some burning alcohol. Port gives some dry tannins, bit of grape. Underneath there's sweetness, cinnamon, dark chocolate. Nice, but a tad too alcoholic for me.

Black with no head. Aroma of big chocolate brownies, oak, booze and port. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with quite some alcohol warmth and some chilli warmth in the finish. Soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Black with no head. Boozy, dark chocolate, soft cinnamon, light peppers, liquid brownie, port, rum. Quite sweet, medium boozy bitter. Thick full bodied with no carbonation and light chili heat. Less spicy and a bit more boozy than the orher version
