Can from Eltham Wines. Black pour with a tan head. Dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, light chilli. Taste is dark chocolate, cola, camp coffee, subtle chilli coming through in the back end, connects very nicely. Spicy warming finish.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, good dark tan head but it fucks off in two shakes. Smooth palate, slightly silky even, but still has decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, not too heavy at all. There is a wonderful rich fruitiness that pervades throughout. Fruit from a fruit cake and a bit less from a Christmas pudding. This blends perfectly with the smooth fruity bourbon and further enhanced by soft barrel induced vanilla. Not a big lover of chilli in beers, in a curry, every day of the week, in a beer? Usually over done and entirely unnecessary. Not so here. The chilli is not shy and ramps up to slightly sub Madras warmth. But it starts around the time the fruitiness comes through and it builds perfectly as well as integration seamlessly. Smooth finish. A very rare example of a chilli enhanced Impy that just works. Well, in this case, sings. Super!

Can thanks to Colin. It pours opaque jet black with a tan head. The aroma is sticky, sweet and spicy, rich roasted malt, treacle, rich chocolate sauce, sticky, sweet, chocolate cake, light smoke, warming chilii spice, sweet bourbon vanilla, fudge, rocky road and chocolate donuts. The taste is slick, oily, sticky, thick, very sweet upfront, chocolate cake, chocolate sauce, jammy fruits, then it's warming spice, chilli peppers, decent heat, sweet BBQ smoke, brownies, tar, warming heat, vanilla, toffee, fudge, rocky road, and bourbon soaked oak with a sticky and warming chilli pepper finish. Fulsome body and average carbonation. Thick and filthy. Felt a bit initially, but then the spice balances it out. Decadent, but fun.

Lata 44 CL de Vivalabirra tomada en Belmonte 24..10..2020. Lote CH505 fcpref 07..08..21. Fina y suave. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.
