(Draft at Le Barboteur, Brussels, 21 Sep 2025) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, cereal, grass and herbs. Malty, taste with notes of bread, grain, grass, citrus, herbs and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and well balanced lager. Nice one.

33cl bottle from Hoptimaal. Poured clear and golden in color, thin head. Grassy and grainy with some Belgian like yeastyness lingering. Ok.

Fles op vakantie geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige en hoppige geur. De smaak is vol, moutig, bitter en hoppig in de afdronk.

Bottle from Geers. Hazy golden, thin, white head. Aroma of grass, unripe orange, corn, honey, bread crust, yeast. Taste has sweetish orange & plum in a grainy, honeyish, bit biscuity malt body, ending grassy hoppy, citrusy, dry thanks to bitter grain & straw notes. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Perfectly acceptable Pils.

Zythos 2022. Pale blond colour with lacy head. A well made pils with a solid malty base and a delicate bitterness.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, hazy palish orange colour, malty fruity aroma with hints of vanilla and citrus, flavor of lightalt and citrus with a light herbal bitterness and a bit of citrusy sourness. Nice and clean.

Bottle fro Begian pack donated by good friend. Color is murky orange golden with medium white head. Aroma of malt, citrus hops with mainly oranges. Taste starts malty quickly overlapped by citrus hops with oranges, zest, together with fruity esters and spices. Dry finish. Good, refreshing beer. I don't care about style this time.
