Our Sandersdorfer Bio Hell, with its bright golden color and light, fine-pored foam head, evokes anticipation even in the glass. The balanced aroma combines summery grain aromas with refreshing yeast flavors, accompanied by floral hop notes. From the first sip, the Bio Hell delights with a soft body and a finely integrated bitterness, while a balanced fizz on the palate surprises with a pleasant effervescence.

Medium gold, Moderate fine head. Crisp clean nose, very nice fresh malty-grain flavor with light sweetness and full body. Relatively simple. Tasty helles for a random buy at the Rewe.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a solid if rough, lacing white head. Sweet malt aroma with a hint of sulphur. Medium body, not so sweet in the taste, rather dry actually and the sulphur stays. Subdued yet existant bitterness. 190925

Pours slightly unclear blonde. Medium sized, bit creamy white head of high-average stability. Scent is malty, fairly mild, white bread mostly. Taste is quite sweet (more so than expected) , rather high to high DMS, which I didn't detect as strongly on the nose. Malty, minor hopbitterness (not enough to counter the sweetness). Bit diacetyl, perhaps (low amounts) . Not bad, but ceretainly not great either.

Bottle from Gabriel - 💯💯 Large tight white head on a unclear finely carbonated pale golden coloured body. Newspaper, grain & malted aroma. Medium bodied, foamy with sharp back. Sweet, malt, grain, cereal & stone fruit tastes with a lightly hopped bitter finish. Nice & clean.
