Brown with an off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with some red fruits. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. Sweet is the theme here, but it's actually a decent dubbel.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een roodbruin bier, Helder. Het schuim is snel weg. Het heeft een caramel achtige geur en smaak. Beetje drop in de nasmaak.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before June 2020. Clear, deep brownish red with a thin, frothy, almost stable, light beige head. Sweetish, malty, slightly fruity and a bit yeasty-spicy aroma of caramel, raisins and prunes. Rather sweet, malty, slightly bitter, moderately fruity and slightly yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, raisins, prunes, some nuts and a touch of chocolate, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay, expected worse.

Flesje gekregen van de buurman. Roodbruin helder bier met weinig schuim. Weinig aroma. Smaak van caramel en drop. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

33cl bottle. Pours almost clear dark orange golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dark grainy malt, dark fruits. Taste of dark ripe fruits, dark malt, grainy, nothing special.
