Cloudy red - brown beer. No head and low carbonation. Softish palate. Sweet malt with sweet fruit. Subtle strawberry and then a little coca cola and a sweet aniseed and malt finish. Like these Spelt beers but some carbonation would be good!

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a beige head. Dried fruits, nuts and caramel in the aroma which is weak. Some sweetness in the mouth, with caramel and dried fruits. Some bitterness too, and a caramel-sweet finish. Medium body. A bit boring, else a decent beer. 091024

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brown sugar, caramel, bread and fruit, leading to a dry bready finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
