Clear amber beer, irregular yellowish head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, bit dusty, grains, hay, very German profile. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: some chocolate, malty, caramel, hay, grains, barnyard, little sweet. Aftertaste: caramel, grains, bit malty, hay, little bitter.

From tap at the Horeca Expo in Ghent. Had a chat with the brewer and he stated this beer is inspired by the classic American Vienna lagers, notably Sam Adams Boston Lager and Brooklyn Lager. Deep orange blonde colour, clear, under a thick, almost rocky, snow white, sticky head. Caramelly aroma, pure and clean, biscuit, peach, grass, walnuts. Crisp and refreshing taste, sweetish, biscuity, minerally, malty finish with grassy hop bitterishness, but subtle, malt sweetness dominates (as is custom for the style).

Bottle, 5.4%. Clear amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hay, little grainy and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel,, medium sweet, little grainy, little hay, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Birra Birra Antoniana ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, pale malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, grain, pale malt, light fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]

Bottled 330ml. -at Beer Club Pula. Cloudy amber coloured, small off-white head, intensive caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel and fruits with notes of hops and maybe honey in the finish. Not bad but rather average vienna.
