Birra Antoniana Stile Vienna is our reinterpretation of the classic Vienna Style, characterised for its unmistakable flavor and its drinkability. Its charming golden colour, with iridescent coppery reflections and its fine, compact, yet persistent malted head, togheter with hints of caramel and biscuit flavours are enclosed into a soft and enveloping body.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, yeast and vegetables, with subtle notes of hops. Sweetish, malty flavour with veggie notes and touches of hops and yeast. Hints of citrus. Estery and sourish finish. Not my favourite, not even within the style, which I am not a great fan of in the first place. Drinkable, though.

Bottle, 5.4%. Butterscotch aroma, dark malts, paper, slightly sour. Hazy copper colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is better than the aroma, but still a little buttery, has a spicy caramel note, toffee. Late bitterness, medium and OK clean.
