Backlog October 2009. Pale amber body under a dense off-white head. Some floating gelatin lumps. Aroma has light malt and caramel. Taste is sweet malt, caramel and some metallic bitterness. Medium body and short aftertaste. Not particular nice, drinkable but far from interesting.

Bottle from Shrubber85, thanks! Brown color. Maltaroma with milk chocolate. malty sweetish flavor with hints of caramel and milk chocolate. Roast. Pleasant.

Sample from bottle at HBF 2015, Helsinki. Colour is reddish brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, some sweetness, some fruits and malts.

33cl bottle. Light brown, thin off white head. Quite bready, sweet malty aroma. Flavor has bread, rye, sweetness, molasses. Drinkable.

Bottle sampled at the Delft monthly tasting. Very thin white head. Hazy ruby pour. Malty sweet aftertaste. A bit thin.

Bouteille: Chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, quickly collapsing loose off-White head; sweetish nutty-toasty nose, very shy traces of glue in the background; quite light bodied; mild to moderate sweet and a bit bitter flavour; some chocolatey traces and an Illusion of a chocolatey bitterness in the caramelly-toasty finish. O.K. ...

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein rötlichbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht würzig. Geschmack leicht röstmalzig, leicht würzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig.

330ml bottle. Clear darkest copper colour with average to huge, rapidly diminishing, off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with a touch of rock sugar. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, some malty spicyness; light body, slightly watery. Nice, but slightly anaemic.

Dark amber color with thin fast dissipating off white head. Light chocolate and malt aroma. Light bodied with a bit of chocolate and a hop tang.
