Bottle at home. Cola like dark brown with fizzy beige head. Lots of spicy honey, cinnamon, cardamom, cocoa, cola, ash, light toast and brown sugar. Medium sweet and under medium toasty bitterness. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and slick feel. Interesting beer, not great but nice enough to have a whole bottle.

On tap at PINT Bokbierfestival 2015. Clear, reddish amber with a creamy, tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of raisins, prunes and brown sugar. Sweetish-maltytaste of raisins, prunes and brown sugar. Slightly bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent, but I didn’t get the smoke.

schenkt mooi kastanje bruin/rood met licht gekleurde kraag en goede co2. aroma van mout, zoet, honing, welke ook in de smaak terugkomen net als , wat rozijn, caramel, lichte rookmout, medium body. een typisch gaat wel biertje, niet slecht maar ook niet fantastisch

Bottle @ benzai. Clear copper colour with a small off-white head. Smells sweet, malts, slightly herbs. Tastes honey, sweet, herbs, malts. Not for me. Medium body, slightly fizzy carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes, Martinus and Ansjelaah. Clear red color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, smoky, bacon, sweet, honey. Average body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Klares rötlichbraunes Bier mit einer schönen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, viel Karamell, leicht süß, fruchtig. Geschmack süß röstmalzig, Honig, süß, leicht rauchig, leicht alkoholisch, ok!

33cl bottle from Speciaalbier, Leiden. Thick creamy off white head. Clear amber pour. Slight honey sweetness. A good bock., not over sweet.

On tap at PINT BBF ’14. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of some beechwood smoke, malts, some honey, light fruity. Flavour is subtle smoke, malts, light grainy, honey, smooth, light bitter finish with some smoke. Medium-bodied. Nice.
