Sering, bestaande uit Sereen en Stuimig vormen samen een tweeling-bier, een yin en yang van witte en paarse seringen. Twee hele speciale bieren, perfect om met elkaar te blenden.
Stuimig
Een complexe balans, een uitgesproken ervaring. Als je van fruitige bieren met een bloemig, snoepig accent houdt kun je je met een gerust hart overgeven aan Stuimig. De geurige witte seringen (afkomstig uit de tuin van een vriend van de brouwerij) hebben een week in het bier gemacereerd en vormen een verleidelijk aroma dat doet denken aan perzik en ander steenfruit. Daaronder ligt een basis van houtgerijpt bier met aalbessen en kruisbessen uit voedselbos Ketelbroek, waarvan je vooral de sappige zuren nog proeft. Stuimig heeft 19 maanden op een enkel eikenhouten vat gerijpt. De oplage is zeer gelimiteerd.

Bottle 55 of 252. Opens without a pop. Clear, looks like white wine. Also due to the absence of carbonation. Aroma is really floral but also has a fruity note of lychee, dragon fruit. Politely sharp but with plenty of woody dryness. Notes of peach in the aftertaste. It's more interesting than it is tasty.

Bottle 180 of 252. Blonde. Floral aroma with oak, vanilla and citrus. Well rounded sours in the flavor. Nutmeg, floral, oak, citrus, dextro energy and plums.

High pitched fruity sour, grapey, sour stonefruit, hay, petal parfumey floral notes. Typical Nevel character to it. A bit of gelatine slimy slickness within a medium/thin mouthfeel, minerallike with a raspy high pitched fruity sourness, low carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy light golden with almost no head. Sour grains, wheat, lemon, flowery, lime, green leaves, oak,soft lactic notes and ligh funk. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with no carbonation. Nice, would be better carbonated maybe.
