Bottle from Buchanan’s Bistro. Hazy orange body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of peach, burnt orange and grass. Flavour of bitter hops, copper and a hint of PVA glue. Medium body with a light, oily texture. Very fizzy. So nearly a very good beer - the plastic/glue finish is sign of a slight infection.

Bottle shared thanks to Scott. Fairly hazy amber with a ring white head. Aroma is infected. Brett, Elastoplast and strange peaty notes rule over light fruit and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [04/08/2016]

Bottle at Buchanan’s Bistro. It pours hazy orange-amber with a massive yellow-white head. The nose is earthy, orange muffin, stewed peach, Orangeade, Irn Bru, sherbet and some bready malts. The taste is bitter, earth, pine needles, bitter orange, zesty grapefruit, light alcohol hit, bread and some spice with a dry, piney finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Assertive bitterness and high drinkability. Very well crafted stuff.
