Welcome to Vault 102. Deep below the brewery, time stands still. Our oak barrels are well-hidden from the prying eyes of the outside world. This beer has been aged for 6 months in Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Oak and plums are predominant in the taste, while the bourbon is instantly recognisable. A rich, silky experience.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, more than three years aged. Gusher. Cloudy, dark red to dark brown colored. AROMA- roasted, sour cherries, touch of bourbon, strong aged character. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, somewhat sour, lightly bitter, touch of bourbon, alcohol, sour cherry, roasted. Fuller bodied. Sourish, again sourish.

Bottle @ Jakobs, trade by Rotin & Ascelja, huge thanks! Gusher that pours very dark reddish brown with a huge tan head. Aroam of roasted malt, wood, light bourbon, light tartness. Flavor is light sweet, light tartness, roast malt, wood, oak, light bourbon, alcohol. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light tart finish with some warming alcohol. 050523

Tap at the Slunce ve Skle. Thanks Raven ppl! Very dark brown body, tiny off white head. Coconut, buttery notes, obvious barrel aging on top of a malty background - in the aroma. The taste goes through the same steps, bourbon and coconut, solid maltiness, light tartness in the finish. And you know what, it pretty much works! Better than 101 really.
