Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

4.9% alk. Papak iz Varionice. Kakti, ovo pivo je dzajnirao i proslavljeni chef Mate Janković. :-) Lagano, čisto i pitko pivo.

Bottle, 330 ml from Valhalla, Zagreb. Cloudy golden with small white head. Malty, quite bitter, bready, bit herbal, light bodied. Better than expected.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy golden pour, no head. No lacing. Grainy, grassy nose, herbal notes, hints of citruses in the background. Thin to medium body, medium carbonation, lively, prickly on the tongue. Fizzy mouthfeel, average texture, slight chewiness to it. Pleasant herbal bitter taste with mild sweet and sour notes to balance it out. Aroma of grassy hops, herbs and grains. Slightly dusty, mild spiciness. Malts in the background, floral, hints of citruses. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering herbal bitterness. Good one.

Golden color, small white head fast diminishes. Medium carbonation and body. Well balanced with bitter lomg lasting aftertaste as it should be. Aroma bready and herbal. Taste with some bitterness and bready,honey feeling. Nice rounded and refereshing.

Bottle, Valhalla. Hazy golden body, white head. Honey and flowery notes in the aroma, showing maybe light oxidation, not too thrilling. The taste, however, was better - honeyish/malty again, sweetish, with a solid floral / herbal hoppy kick and a good bitter finish. Much better than Pop!Lager, and while it wouldn't be one of the top tier lagers there, it certainly would not be out of place in most places in Czechia!
