Can. A dark, dark brown beer with a minimal sized off-white head. Rather vegetal aroma, with coffee, roasted malts and some chocolate hints. It's full-bodied, warming, oily and sweet, and rather soft on the palate. Brown sugar, dark toffee, coffee and a touch of chocolate in the flavor, along with a spiced hint, herbal notes, alcohol and a licorice hint too. Lasting finish. Too green on the nose and a bit sweet and warming. Sort of delicious, sort of way too much. 201107

440ml can. Pitch black with a brown head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, dashes of cinnamon. Taste is very rich and sweet, lots of chocolate and vanilla, slightly bitter roasty coffee notes, sprinkles of cinnamon, booze pretty well hidden. Very thick, full bodied, smooth.

Black with a minimal light brown head. A chocolate, wooden barrels and some cake sense. Sweet with a warm chocolate, wooden barrels and brown sugar ending. Full bodied, light carbonation

Pitch black with a small tan head. Notes of roasted malt, coffee, sugar, some resinous hops.

Thick and smooth, a bit creamy. Milk coffee with some roast, cinnamon, chocolate and vanilla. Cinnamon's not in-you-face, flavors quite nicely in balance. Very nice.

Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is roasty, coffee, bit sharp. Taste is full, roasty, mild coffee. Bit sweet, aromatic coffee towards the end. Chocolaty, sweet finish. Nice.
