Bottle from Mitra Assendorp, Zwolle. Roasted malt with caramel and burnt breadcrust. Touch of liquorice. Moderate to medium sweet, light to moderate bitter. Burnt roasty finish. Not bad, not a particularly good Schwarz either.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Black coloured brew with taste of liquorice, lactose and roasted malts and some hints of caramel. There is also some faint sourness, but i enjoyed that bit of taste.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een medium beige schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout en gist. De smaak is vol chocolade en gebrande mout, ebt snel weg.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Roast and licorice in the aroma. Malty yet dry flavor with roast and licorice. Well balanced, though thin. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel.

Brouwerij moet ook door de spellingscontrole: Gusher brouwerij. Bier dat zwart is, is nog geen schwarzbier.

Deep ruby brown colour, tall frothy tan head, fairly lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, milk chocolate, chocomel, brown sugar, light dark fruits. Smooth taste, light heavy sweet and light bitter, malty, milk chocolate, bit fruity. Sweetbitter aftertaste, light chocolate, roasty notes. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, pleasant but overal a bit too sweet.
