Baeren dry-hopping One & Only Classic First whiff was woodsier and more green herbal than the regular version. Deep gold color with a thick foamy head and full smooth body. The taste is herbal crisp bitter hip but also some honeyed malt flavor. Quite good.

Bottle from Yamaoka. A dry-hopped, unfiltered version of their Classic. Biscuity malt nose, herbal hops, lemon. Slightly doughy in that fresh unfiltered way. Hazy deep golden orange with a tall, fine head. Very hoppy flavor, herbal, fruity, estery, quite surprising, with banana candy, orange, apricot, mint. On the sweet side, slightly doughy and biscuity. Nicely bitter finish. Full body. Not perfect, as it is just a bit too sweet and simple maltwise, but darn good and I wish I bought a few more bottles.
