Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, toasted, caramel, dried fruit, barrel, dried apricot, malty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, dried apricot, sweet yeast - fruity yeast, barrel, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20230225]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Copper colour, mediumsized foamy beige head. Aroma is toffee, some dried fruits and mild toffee and a bit fudge tones. Flavour is dried fruits, toffee, some fudge, mild alcohol sweetness too, nicely lactoselike sweetness. Quite creamy palate, silky smooth beer.

Tap. Clear ruby color with no head. Aroma is raisins, prunes, some chocolate almost. Taste is the same, sweet but not too sweet, quite hoppy as well. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Alright.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear reddish brown beer. Aroma of mild sweet strong reddish malt, raisins, caramel. Taste of mild sweet caramelized malt, raisins, cinnamon, anis.

Clear ruby red beer, no head. Aroma: very floral, soapy, weird, a bit unpleasant, dried fruits, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very floral, lavender, soapy, toilet cleanser, meh. Aftertaste: a bit sourish, fruity touch, a bit oxidized, some dried fruits.

Flaska från SB. Klar mahognyfärgad vätska med lågt skum. Doft av marsipan, torkad frukt och karamell. Rejäl kropp, mjuk och rund, balanserad sötma, smak som doften, mjuk kryddig beska. Trevlig men saknar lite djup och komplexitet för att nå ända fram. Gott
