Frothy, fresh and featuring a bouquet of floral high notes, Hollow Hills brings together Lotus, Citra and Columbus hops. Bright orange and lemon zest shine with a sweet vanilla curve from Lotus Hops, whilst Citra brings the juice and Columbus backs up all the zest and a splash of pink grapefruit! So so light and drinkable, Hollow Hills is a real harmony of vibrant flavours.

Can at home. Ugly murky yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, citrusy hops. Flavor is similar and I don't get much more tbh. Light citrusy bitterness. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Alright.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow with thick initial head. Aroma is floral and hoppy, pine, citrus fruit and some grass. Medium body. Flavour is light malts, very clean and simple. Interesting hop character, floral and fruity yet mild. Grassy hops and pine together with lemon and grapefruit, really zesty. Some light bitterness. Quite a bit of soft peach as well. Very nice and interesting, very smooth and soft. Very zesty and citrusy. First time I believe that I've had lotus and it's hard to pinpoint it here, but there's quite a bit of delicate floral notes perhaps. Tasty, different and interesting.

Can at home, from onlinesville, 09/09/20. Hazed orange with a big ole head formed of tightly knit white bubbles. Nose is orange zest, citric sherbets, tangerine, grass, hint of apricot. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, soft malts, light breads, floral tones, lemon rind, trace of hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow but lightly aggressive hop bitterness. Decent enough easy and clean drinking IPA but firmly stuck in 4th gear.
