1.5L magnum, merci Adrien - partagée avec Vincent et Hughe.
Orange-ambre léger, col blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet indiquant déjà son bouquet de bière montrant son age. Un parfum malté parvient cependant à se dégager - allant vers des allures de cara et de pâle - les notes du café sont ici peu présente.
Palais est clairement sur une touche oxydée - malté fin avec note de caramel. Café semble déjà bien en retrait si ce n'est proche de l'absence - léger cara grillé perdure - pointe d'orange confite - amertume reste cependant encore bien présente.

18-01-20 // 750ml bottle shared with local crew. Released May 25 2017 and held up incredebily well. A classic west coast dipa. Resinous and malty. But great citra hop aromas. Mild roasted coffee in the back. From Berlin local Five Elephants. Very well balanced.

Sample during the "Final Christmas Eve Adventures with the Foxes" on 12/24/2017. Clear copper-amber color with a medium bone head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of citrus, coffee, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops, roast coffee and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop and coffee aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, coffee, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of coffee, citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

750 c&c from Liz who brought it from Stone Liberty Station. Pours bright coppery gold with a not quite white head. Aroma is tropical/citrus/coffee which in combination is sort of cinnamon. Med + body. Flavor is citrus/coffee/tropical. Some moderatly roasty malt in support. Pleasing.
