AB:16, our latest concept beer, is a smooth and luxuriant Belgian Quad infused with coffee beans. On the nose you might find warming clove and nutmeg, cafe au lait, subtle dark fruit notes, and hints of candied lemon peel.
The combination of aromas evokes malt loaf or ginger cake. On the palate, smooth & fruity espresso, milk chocolate, and warm brandy-soaked currants are in the middle of a high-class dance-off off against the spicy and peppery Belgian character. the mouthfeel is smooth and rich, and the beer pours a deep copper colour.
Malts:Extra pale, munich, crystal, chocolate, wheat
Hops:Waimea, Saaz, Fuggles

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, maple syrup and licorice in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet liquorish sticky flavor with licorice, anis and maple syrup. Roasty, dried fruit. Low on carbon. Alcoholic but nice.

The third one for our 6th wedding anniversary. Bottle 0.375l. Cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- brandy, chocolate, coffee, nuts, dates, raisins. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, quite warming, caramel, dates, plum jam, brandy, nuts, chocolate, coffee. Fuller bodied.

Bottle from Pivný raj. Heavy one with grapes and sweet tones. Rather dry, light to medium bitter. Alcohol well settled down. Goodie.

(996 napja palackozták) Semmi hab, semmi szénsav, vöröses fekete szín. Illata csodás, kávés, csokis, kakaós, aszalt meggyes-szilvás, vörösboros illatfoszlányokkal. Édes, szénsavmentes, vörösboros - kávés alapon csokis, aszalt gyümölcsös aromák tobzódnak. Testes, de semmi alkohol és egyáltalán nem keseru. Csodás ízvilág, de ezt a dugófajtát le kellene cserélni, 3 év alatt az összes szénsav elszivárgott belole.

Bottle # 2068. Mahogany color. Sweet aroma: dried fruits, raisins, dried plums, chocolate, a lot of honey and malt. Taste: sweet, chocolate, fortified wine, dried fruit, raisins, a little coffee. Awesome.
