Little cloudy pale to light beige beer, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of cough syrup, actual thyme, bit lemony, bitter touch, metallic touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, herbal, thyme, bit lemony, bitter touch, bit metallic. Aftertaste: floral, soapy, acidic, bit weird, lemony touch, metallic, more of that thyme, a bit weird, grapefruit peel, bit medicinal.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy greyish yellow to orange. No lasting head. Aroma is herbal to spiced. Thyme. Fruity. Light herbal. Medium dry. Spuced and slight herbal finish.

01-06-19 // taster at Berliner Weisse Gipfel. Hazy bright yellow. Nose is herbal. Light lemony and agood amount of herbal sage and thyme indeed. Along a slight sourness. Lovely.
