Bottle at home from London Bridge Oddbins. Hazed Golden coloured pour with a big frothyrocky white head. Aroma is tart sharp lemon, saison yeast, lychee, orange peel. Some low acid in the nose as well. Flavour is tart citrus, rubber smoke phenols, grapefruit. Rough bitterness. Sticky palate with high carbonation attaking the tongue. Decent, balance is a touch off to me. Too hop forward.

330ml bottle from Oddbins London Bridge. Lovin these shapshifter beers so far. This pours a bright copper orange and presents an entrancing floral aroma; a slick mouthfeel with particularly fruity Biere de Garde flavours, orange, tropical and perhaps a few berries, with a very subtle bitterness. A bit sweeter than i’d have liked but a lovely beer nonetheless.

33cl bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - cloudy orange with a generous head. Nose - earthy and spicy notes. Tangy apricots. Taste - fruit cake and spicy root vegetables like parsnips. Palate - medium bodied with a crunchy and tangy texture The finish is long and drying though not necessarily refreshing. Overall - a challenging but interesting beer.
