Sample at Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. Cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of apricot, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart apricot, salty wheat, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is tart with an apricot aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2019-04 getrunken. Diese Gose kommt mit einen vollen Körper, deutlichen Aprikosenaroma und einer leichten Säure daher. Alles zusammen eine wunderbare Balance. Richtig lecker!
