Kerberos is the Greek name for the three-headed hellhound that guarded the gates of the underworld, making it more than worthy of protecting the contents of this bottle. We used the finest imported Pilsner malt and Belgian candi sugar to give this beer its’ light malt flavor and color, accented by the complex flavors and aromas imparted by our unique yeast strain.

Bottle. Amber, low head. Fat malt and light alcoholic nose. On the sweet malty side initially, light sugar, dry balance, a few higher alhohols - clean quick finish. Bubblegum retronasal. Medium body, solid dry mouthfeel.

12 oz bottle into Chimay trappist glass. Aroma is barely there. I smell age, that’s about it--maybe some unidentifiable spices. Pours hazy orange with no head and watery, barely-there lacing. Well it tastes like an authentic Belgian ale. Not one of the better ones, mind you. Way too sweet. Tastes a little old. I’m hoping this isn’t past its prime. Raisins come out in the flavor. Carbonation is medium. Maybe a little watery. Alcohol is overbearing. Either this is an old bottle or this wasn’t made very well.

Bottle. Spiced orange aroma. Orange-yellow color with no head. Sour/old orange juice malt flavor. Not much depth.

Bottle. Amberish color. Interesting new interemption of an belgian tripel. Very, very fruity. Apple sauce. Orange cest. Vanilla. Some spices. Small yeasty tone.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a clear medium golden color with a huge yellow-white head. The aroma was sugary with light notes of orange and apricot and a touch of dry spices. The flavor was tangy, lightly tart and yeasty with notes of candied pear, faint lemon and faint coriander. The finish was long, tangy, and had a table sugar note. Fairly full bodied. Nice.

Bottle. Poured a hazy yellowish gold with a medium white head. Aroma had notes of sweet malts, sugar cereal and yeast. Flavor was sweet as well with malt and yeast notes. A bit thick for my liking.

Pours hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty. Flavors of bananas, bread dough and spices. Medium body with lots of carbonation.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, malt, caramel, hops and fruits. Too much alcohol in the finish.
