Our craft beer making, using the ‘infusion’ method enables gentle extraction of the aroma of the malts. Hopping enables the development of light bitterness and gives the beer its delicate perfume. AB certified, the origins of its raw materials and creation are monitored by ECOCERT (FR-BIO-01).

RBESG Sheffield 2009 Grand Tasting at the Harlequin. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hay, grain, sweet floral malty notes. Flavour is sweet, grainy, bit of hay, a bit dusty, light dry bitter finish. Not so bad.

650 ml bottle from Monoprix, swingtop. Poured pale gold with a five finger white head. Light dusty aroma, sort of floral. Medium body with lots of fine bubbled carbonation. Flavor is light malt with notes of citrus. Finishes clean and dryish. It’s an excellent light beer. Really thirst quenching and refreshing.

65cl bottle from Carrefour, Calais. Gold colour with thick lasting white head. Toffee on aroma. Toffee in mouth. Not a wonderful beer, some hop on end. Hop is a tad soapy. Not that great.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of tbone_. Pours a slightly hazy, golden with a dense, white head. Sourish, malty aroma. Medium in body with fairly sweet malts and then some fruity or floral accents. Has a vague, underlying tartness, but absolutely no bitterness. 090407

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of butter and straw - and the flavor is somewhat malty with notes of butter and straw. Not in top condition.

Pour is a nice hazy looking orange with a small white head. Aroma is musty and citrus. Flavor is a bit thin and papery. There are some lemon notes and some hops but they are barley noticable. Boring.

Bottled. A bit hazy, pale yellowish golden colour, small white creamy head. Sourish sweet aroma (almost barnyardish) with some citrus in background. Biting carbonation, otherwise papery and thin palate. Fruits in flavour with hints of some hoppiness in finish. Quite interesting beer, but at the same time boring.

Bottled (BB 09/2006)
Hazy pale golden color, small white head. Sour, sweety bun aroma, like in unclean tap, some citrus and malts in the background. Carbonated mouthfeel, quite thin body. Lemon, orange, faint yeast and honey notes. Plain but somehow interesting organic beer.
