Rosetta is a sparkling, golden ale fermented with Belgian yeast. We added pink peppercorns to impart a light fruity, peppery note. (And while we’re at it, that breath of floral mystery comes from briefly steeping rose petals in the brew kettle.

Draught at Brewhall, Vancouver
Blond colour, hazy to cloudy. It has a bold malt base, bold yeast character, spicy, coriander and pepper, with robust bitterness, and it's well balanced. Very good.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy, muddled orange with a large white head. Aroma is full of saison yeast, peppercorns, and some floral notes. Flavour is fairly peppery, with lots of saison yeast, floral notes, and a touch of spicy peppercorn. Rustic, with a nice use of the yeast and adjuncts. Very tasty.

Nice light gold body and good foam, great chalky yeast on the nose with vague floral notes. Flavour is more smooth chalk, sweet grain. Full mouthfeel. Could use more rose character but still decent.

Quite pale, yellow. Not much head. Yeasty, floral, dupontish, dry herbaceous hops and clean pale malt. Yum.
