Slightly hazy ruby, big pink head. The aroma is strong sweet raspberries, strawberries and cherries, some tart and funky seedy notes. The is mildly fruity and almost not at all tart, thin body, light funk in a watery finish. Disappointing.

Can from 100 piv. Ruby color with thick quickly disappearing off-white head. Strong red fruits in aroma with some funk. Taste, cherries, raspberries, blackberries and other berries in taste, funk. light barnyard. More sweet than sour. Good.

Sour ale with cherry, raspberry and blackberry, and – allegedly at least – completely fermented with only Brettanomyces. Thanks Ama Deke for sharing at Bar Beenhouwer, Ghent. Pale pinkish, lacing, irregular, mousy head on a cloudy, deep ruby red beer with purplish-fuchsia hue. Aroma of lots of cherry peel and sour cherry, fresh red raspberries, blackberry juice, forest fruit yoghurt, lemon rind, kefir, freshly cut grass, light sweaty note. As expected, flavour brimming with fruit, ripe blackberry very obvious, red raspberry a little bit less so, fleshy cherries galore, acidic with a lemony edge, long-stretching yoghurty lactic sourness, softish carb, bready-wheaty-soapy middle; the fruit lingers beyond anything effectively ‘beery’, ending tannic, sour, fruit juice-laden and a bit bready, with ongoing drying sourness. Brett effects, however, remain all but unnoticeable. Typical modern fruit sour ale, nice, but I wonder what the Brett would do to it after, say, a year in a bottle, tucked away nicely in a beer cellar…

Can, 0.44l. Cloudy red pour, two finger soapy pink head, medium retention. Minimal lacing on the glass. Fruity nose, raspberries, candy, yeast. A bit tart. Some dusty, herbal notes in the background. Medium body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, easily drinkable. Not as sour as expected. Quite on the sweet side actually. Aroma of raspberries, light citrus, cherry candy. Jam. Herbal, grassy background. Dusty, drying. Medium tart. Short finish. Average fruit beer. Not much of a brett character in there unfortunately. Ok.

Can shared at Leightons place. Many thanks to Paul for this one. A milky plummy red coloured pour with a fine pinkish, head. Aroma is tart yogurt, blueberry. Tart rssoberry culee flavour is composed of milky wheat, yogurt, red berries, raspberry, blackberry, lactose. Palate is smooth, tart, little thin. Biting finish. Didn't get any brett.

Can shared at LKS. It pours hazy red with a small white head. The is earthy, funky, musty, barnyard, brett, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, light jam, fruit smoothie and cracker. The taste is crisp, dry, earthy, tart, woody, cracker, must, funk, cherry, cranberry, raspberry pip, strawberry and lemony pucker with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Easy going fruity and a bit of funk.

Can shared in London - cheers to Scopey. Pours hazy red with a small, white foam head. Decent berry character, light jammy notes, a touch of seedy bitterness, low acidity. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with nips of raspberry. Fine.

Can. Berries and yeasty aroma and taste, light to medium sour, light bitter notes. Light to medium body, sour berries yeasty finish. Ok.

0.44 l can at Valhalla Viking Metal Craft Bar, Zagreb. Dark reddish purple, small off-white head. Light fresh raspberry, blueberry jam. Nice fruit presence, balanced kinda light. Candy-like but not too sweet. Very light. No Brett character detected.
