Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a lacing, off-white head. Fruity, caramelly bananaish aroma. Thin and watery, a sticky, caramelly sweetness and absolutely no bitterness. Drinkable at least. 080326

Bottle from the Biomarkt. Pours cloudy brown with a rocky offwhite cream on top. Nicea bready aroma with a worty note. Medium light mellow body, mellow. Sweet, light sticky entry, roast, sugary, bread notes, light spice, grainy edges, restrained yeast notes. A bit weak in the finish, slightly more in the estery department would help.

Bottle. Murky dirty brown/orange with a small white head. Remarkably ugly. Aroma of wort and malts. Taste of caramel, bananas, wort, minerals and bread. Rather sweet. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. It’s alright I guess.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Dry malty yeasty aroma. Starts mild, a bit malty-moldy, shy roasty notes. Wheaty-dry background. Finish a bit washy-moldy. Okay.
